Perko has a solution to prevent cabinetry from opening in rough conditions. These black polymer catches are designed to function by mounting a socket catch to the cabinet interior bulkhead or framing (width permitting) and a flange mounted stud  to the door; once installed doors will snap shut and stay closed.
